Ancestry, MyHeritage offer free access to yearbook collections

Ancestry.com is offering free access to its yearbook collection, now through Sunday, April 26.

The collection has over 450,000 volumes with more than 62 million pages. You can get started searching by going to: Ancestry.com/Yearbooks

In addition, MyHeritage.com is providing free access to its yearbook collection now through May 23.

The yearbook collection consists of 290 million names in 36 million pages, from yearbooks across the U.S. from 1890 until 1979.  And due to new technology, entire collection of U.S. yearbooks in color now matter what the year.

After May 23, the only way to access the yearbook records is through a subscription plan.
