The Italian Genealogy Group will meet this Saturday, Nov. 10, at the Bethpage Public Library.
The Help Session begins at 9:30 a.m. and the program will begins at 10:30 a.m. This month’s topic will be “Getting the Most from Ancestry.com” and the presenter will be Alec Ferretti. Ancestry.com is a subscription website that offers more than 40,000 databases consisting of indexes, transcriptions and digitized images of original source documents. Alec will discuss the contents of Ancestry.com as present strategies to help you locate information more efficiently.
