More free records available from Findmypast.com

Findmypast.com will be offering free access – from today until 11:59 p.m. on July 6 – to over 1 billion records of its entire collection of Travel and Migration records. This includes all U.S., U.K. and Irish censuses and all U.S. marriage records.

A special webinar will be hosted by expert genealogist, Jen Baldwin, at 1 p.m. on July 1, in which she will be sharing tips and tricks for getting the most out of Naturalization records.

This announcement coincides with the release of two new record sets that will prove useful to those looking to explore their family’s pre-American roots. Over 2 million U.S. Passport Applications and Indexes (1795-1925) and over 7 million U.S. Naturalization Petitions are now available on the site.

To access records during this period, you will need to be registered and signed in to the site. You can create a free account if you don’t already have one.
